There is art printed on both sides. The front side has a shiny epoxy and the back side is plain acrylic. It has a rose gold heart shape keychain clasp.

The backside of the charm has a thin protective film stuck on it, it is to protect it from getting scratched during transportation. You can remove it and they charm will look clear and shiny.
